Apparently, a very reliable source revealed that shes almost 2 mos pregnant but heres the catch, not with her onscreen partner Xian Lim but with a very wealthy Chinese middle aged business man based in the US. Kim made a decision to continue her pregnancy as she believes that abortion is never an option. She's due to leave the Philippines to continue her pregnancy and give birth in the US. That explains the little excess fat on her belly. Hmmmmm.....
