Is TIM YAP the person behind MON TULFO's BLIND ITEM about a BGC BAR OWNER who DISTRIBUTES DRUGS to CUSTOMERS?

In Ramon Tulfo's article in Inquirer.net dated July 28, 2016, (see screenshots below)

he wrote that he got a tip from a parent, whose daughter was addicted to shabu, that two showbiz personalities who each a bar are involved in distributing shabu and ecstasy to their customers. Mr. Tulfo wrote further that he had their names verified by certain persons in authority and he was told that these two showbiz personalities are under surveillance. I'm not sure about you but I have a very keen intuition that Tulfo might be referring to Tim Yap as one of the bar owners. It is not very clear, though, if they co-own the bar or they own a bar separately. If Tim Yap is the other guy in Tulfo's article, then who is the other? I'm very curious. Tulfo says that they are both popular. Can anybody make a guess?

Mon Tulfo is a reputable columnist and radio personality whose last scandal with Claudine Barretto and Raymart Santiago made waves in the local news. As we all know, Tim Yap has had a number of controversies in the past. Being rich and famous certainly has its price. He was implicated as one of the members of the so-called "Gucci Gang" which Brian Shane Gorrell (remember him?) and Kitty Go acknowledged in their respective blogs.

Brian was one of the the gangs ex who allegedly stole money from him. It was all over the news when the scandal broke. Kitty Go is one of the most hated personalities of high society a few years ago. She exposed scumbags like Bryan Grey Yambao, a.k.a. Bryanboy, who allegedly went around scamming everyone in their high society circle, before he met Marc Jacobs, that is.

Netizens reacted maliciously over a photo posted in Moi's Instagram account showing Piolo Pascual being embraced lovingly by his son Iñigo who seemed to be soundly sleeping against his chest. In the photo shown above, it drew a lot of malicious comments from trolls in the internet. People were saying that the photo depicted something sexual between the father and the son. Some people said the photo is not appropriate. Piolo spoke up and said these people are just jealous because he and his son are very close to each other and they have not seen each other for awhile. In my honest opinion, this picture may elicit sexual ideas from dirty-minded people but I think this is a very touching and sweet picture of both a father and a son. Not a lot of fathers and sons are very close to each to each other. If they would have been in bed and probably shirtless, it would have been a different story. Right?
