Aging and almost-laos star sister of former President Aquino (who is now in hot waters with the current administration due to anomalies in the Yolanda funds and Mamasapano case), Kris Aquino was reportedly supposed to be in Nice, France for a new commercial video shoot for a beauty product. Her flight was booked months ahead to fly yesterday and the shoot would require her to stay in Nice for at least a week but luck was on her side when the management team called her agent to cancel the trip due to some technicalities. She has a few friends in Nice and she was planning to attend the Bastille Day celebrations with them together with her trusted assistant and friend, Darla. "My god! Imagine! Nakakaloka! Buti na lang . Thank God! I still want to live longer for my kids! Nakakaloka!" Kris was quoted saying.
